Refund & Return Policy

We accept returns of unused products within 7 days of delivery, provided

• Items are in original packaging
• Items must not have any visible signs of use
• Claims based on customer decisions, such as mistaken purchases or changing your mind, are not accepted under this policy
• Uninterrupted unboxing video must be provided

Refunds are processed after inspection. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Please contact us before sending any item back. We want every customer to be satisfied, and may offer replacements or store credits at our discretion.
